Rena Hedeman has always been fascinated by core human drives, emotions, and behavior. Why are some prone to misery and misfortune while others triumph over seemingly impossible odds? What makes us truly happy and fulfilled? After a personal tragedy caused her to closely examine her own drives, values and priorities, Rena now devotes her time and career to empowering others. With a BA from Yale University and coach certification from the International Coaching Federation, Rena is a sought-after coach, speaker and author, leading workshops and retreats throughout New England. She recently co-authored Ready, Aim, Soar: the Expert Insights System for Business & Growth in the 21st Century, and she is currently working on a book about her own personal journey. She is a woman of passion, clear vision, and positive energy - someone who lives and loves to inspire others to create a life they love.
